Servoy Amsterdam is looking for a junior customer success manager.
Who you are
You are a driven IT specialist with outstanding project management skills who will bring positive energy to the Servoy team. You feel personally responsible for the quality of your projects and the success of a customer. You have great social and communication skills and will work well with your colleagues and other project stakeholders, including infrastructure colleagues, to continuously improve your performance; in particular your work will boost Servoy’s business agility. You identify problems when they occur and work to resolve them by yourself when appropriate, or by involving the customer, other stakeholders, and your colleagues. You have a 24/7 mind-set and are willing to do shift work to meet Servoy’s customer needs for 24/7 business operations.
Experience in a similar role is a prerequisite.

Junior customer success manager Role
You will be responsible for helping customers migrate existing applications to Servoy apps. You will ensure the successful end-to-end delivery of clients’ complex migration projects by meeting project requirements and agreed-upon quality standards through effective planning of resources. You will regularly review the progress of fast-moving and complex projects, rigorously identifying project risks and potential issues and confidently leading teams through the uncertainty of the migration.
You will build strong relationships with senior- and executive-level project stakeholders, facilitating executive decision making and preserving the overall direction and integrity of the project.
You will effectively engage with multiple external suppliers to establish cost estimates and plans and integrate them into the project delivery structure.
You will foster a working environment that encourages and inspires team members to move the project forward and satisfy the evolving needs of clients.
You will lead high-performance, mixed teams of client and Servoy staff by setting objectives, reviewing performance, and enhancing staff potential.
Desired skills & experience
Technical bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT
Proven track record (eight years) as a project manager, preferably in an international environment
Knowledge of PRINCE2
Knowledge of complex software migration projects
